The Imperial Poonam Hotel, Phagwara

During my stay, I experienced some of the best Indian food I have ever tasted. As someone who is familiar with Indian cuisine, I was genuinely blown away by the flavors and quality. The waiter was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my dietary preferences were met, including offering gluten-free options. Each meal was a delight, and the attention to detail in the restaurant made dining here a highlight of my trip.

The rooms at Imperial Poonam Hotel are simply stunning. I was impressed by how spacious and modern they were. Everything, from the comfortable beds to the powerful showers, exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the room was immaculate; I couldn't find a single speck of dirt. It was the perfect retreat after a long day!

I was particularly impressed with the bathroom in my room. It was not only beautifully designed but also exceptionally clean. The shower was powerful and refreshing, which made my mornings much better. The thoughtful upkeep of the facilities truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The entertainment provided in my room was great, featuring a great TV setup that offered a good selection of channels. It was perfect for winding down after a busy day. I appreciated how everything worked seamlessly, allowing me to fully enjoy my downtime and catch up on my favorite shows.
